Appointments may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time without additional charges. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. RESCHEDULING WITHIN THE CANCELLATION WINDOW Rescheduling 48-72 hours before the appointment allows the existing booking fee to be transferred to one new appointment date. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before the appointment results in forfeiture of the booking fee, and a new booking fee is required. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. Full appointment time is required to provide proper results. Appointments canceled due to tardiness will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule. We understand that emergencies happen but please also respect your artist and their schedule as well.
